At present,Tony is the executive deputy director of the employment and entrepreneurship guidance center for college students of Chongqing Jiaotong University and the director of the teaching and Research Office of employment guidance，responsible for the teaching of four public compulsory courses of occupation, employment and entrepreneurship and the guidance and service of entrepreneurship practice for College Students.

Career achievements: The first batch of national student work backbone members of the Ministry of education went to the United States to study student affairs management at the University of California, San Diego as public visiting scholars. The first batch of counselor backbone support research subject chief experts of the Ministry of education, global career Planner (GCDF), global career coach (BCC), international career Planner (SCPC) International Entrepreneurship Senior Consultant (IEC), senior entrepreneurship tutor of Chongqing human resources and Social Security Bureau, innovation and entrepreneurship edcation guidance expert of Chongqing Vocational Education Society, etc. Fifteen years of work experience as a student counselor, serving more than 6000 undergraduate, master and doctoral students.

Academic achievements: Published 20 papers (including 7 Chinese core journals), 1 academic monograph and 9 monograph textbooks (including 3 school-based textbooks for vocational employment, 1 editor in chief and 2 deputy editors in chief). Presided over one of the first batch of backbone projects for counselors of the Ministry of education, three provincial and ministerial projects, and mainly studied nine provincial and ministerial projects. The main research topic won the first prize of Chongqing teaching achievement once and the first prize of school level teaching achievement twice.
