周建，男，1995年1月生，工学博士，讲师，硕士研究生导师。
主要从事工程结构抗震与减隔震研究，参与国家自然科学基金重点项目一项，发表学术论文5篇，其中以第一（通讯）作者发表SCI/EI索引论文4篇。参与完成广州红莲大桥、福州义北路大桥、印尼雅万高铁、菲律宾Binondo-Intramuros桥的抗震设计工作。
