祁亚运，男，副教授，硕士生导师，2020年毕业于西南交通大学牵引动力国家重点实验室车辆工程专业，目前就职于机电与车辆工程学院车辆工程系。主要研究方向为轨道车辆动力学、轮轨磨耗和轨道车辆智能运维。主持国家自然基金青年基金1项，中国博士后面上项目1项，重庆市自然科学基金面上项目1项，重重庆市教委科学技术研究计划项目1项，以及国家重点实验室开放基金2项。目前以第一作者发表SCI/EI论文40余篇。授权发明专利2项，授权件著作权2项。担任担任“交通运输工程学报”、“铁道科学与工程学报”、“大连交通大学学报”、“都市快轨交通”等轨道交通领域杂志的青年编委。
