杨强，男，1992年出生，四川乐山人，博士，副教授，博士研究生导师，物流管理系副主任，重庆口岸物流管理与航运经济研究中心研究员，重庆市智能供应链工程技术研究中心研究员，重庆市智能物流系统决策与优化研究生导师团队成员。2020年12月毕业于西南交通大学，获工学博士学位。2017年8月至2018年2月，香港城市大学研究助理；2024年3月至2024年6月，意大利米兰理工大学访问学者；入选重庆交通大学第四批青年拔尖人才；入选2025年重庆市科协青年科技人才托举工程。
主要从事物流与供应链管理、智能决策与数据分析、智能制造与产品服务系统、交通运输服务管理等方向的研究与教学工作。已发表期刊、国际会议学术论文30余篇，其中第一/通讯作者22篇，SCI/SSCI检索17篇（一区TOP 9篇）。目前担任《Information Processing & Management》、《IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence》、《Information Sciences》、《IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management》、《Artificial Intelligence Review》、《Research in Transportation Business & Management》、《Transport Policy》、《铁道运输与经济》等期刊匿名审稿专家。
