Gong Ke, male, (1979-), Ph.D., postdoctoral fellow, third-level professor, doctoral supervisor, executive director of China Information Economics Association, distinguished professor of Chongqing Bayu Scholar, winner of Chongqing Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award, Chongqing University Young and middle-aged backbone teachers, visiting scholar in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, communication review expert of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. The main research directions are (1) data science and intelligent management (2) big data and artificial intelligence (3) climate change and sustainable development. He has published more than 40 papers in journals such as "IEEE Transactions On Fuzzy Systems", "Expert Systems with applications", "Applied soft computing", "Applied mathematical modeling", "Systems Engineering Theory and Practice", among which 25 papers have been approved by SCI/ SSCI indexed, 3 papers entered the top 3% of the ESI subject field percentile (1 ESI highly cited paper for 10 consecutive years), the highest impact factor of the journals published was 12.029, and the total number of papers cited was more than 1,000 times. He presided over 10 projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China General Project, the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Project, the Humanities and Social Sciences Project of the Ministry of Education, and the Postdoctoral Special Funding Project (2 at the national level and 8 at the provincial and ministerial level). He is the editorial board member of two international journals, the reviewer of more than 20 international journals such as TFS, EJOR, and KBS, and the program committee member of 1 international conference. He has won the Chongqing Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award, the Chongqing University Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award, the Chongqing University Academic Award, and 2 Excellent Dissertation Awards of the First-level Society.
