黎若寒，男，1993年生，工学博士，讲师，2024年毕业于同济大学土木工程专业。主要从事地下结构抗震理论研究，参与国家重点研发项目等国家级课题4项，在《Soil Dynamic and EarthquakeEngineering》《岩石力学与工程学报》等国内外知名期刊发表论文11篇。
