【教学概述】:近5年,四次荣获校教学优秀奖一等奖;四次荣获卓越开发者案例大奖赛全国三等奖;两次获得“全国百篇优秀管理案例”。此外,还获得第六届校青年教师劳动技能竞赛文科组全校一等奖(第1名)、重庆市高校青年教师劳动和技能竞赛决赛优胜奖、重庆市首届课堂教学创新大赛全校一等奖等。

【研究概述】主要从事战略管理、创新管理、数字化转型与升级的相关研究。近几年在SSCI/TSSCI/CSSCI等国内外核心期刊发表论文近20篇,出版专著3部、教材3部,主持重庆市一流课程1项、重庆市课程思政示范课程1项,近5年多次获得学院“科研育人标兵”, 还曾获得“IEEE TEMS 2020 Best Paper Award Winner”(FMS评级A类期刊)、“管理学报2019年度最具实用价值奖”。

【服务概述】近5年,为中交三航局、中航油集团、新疆路桥集团、广西路桥集团、宁波交通系统干部、贵州高速公路集团、电力公司、云南昭通高速公路集团、重庆公路数据中心等培训,且多次获授课评鉴第一名。

        【学业概述】博士期间,连续三次获得台湾大学管理学院国际企业研究所第一名;硕士期间,连续三年以专业第一名的成绩获得重庆大学“综合成绩奖学金A等”;本科期间,连续七学期以专业第一名的成绩获得重庆大学“综合成绩奖学金甲等”。大学与研究生期间曾获得“全国三好学生”、“重庆市科技创新先进个人”、“重庆市普通高校2003~2005学年度‘百佳’大学生”称号、“重庆市优秀学生干部”、连续九次获得各个级别演讲比赛一等奖、“宝钢奖学金优秀学生奖”、 “国家奖学金”、“唐仲英德育奖学金”等。
