牛佳安，男，工学博士，副教授。主要从事隧道智慧运维及安全防护方面的科研和教学工作，主持或参与国家自然科学基金青年项目等科研项目14项；在国内外主要刊物发表论文30余篇（其中以第一/通讯作者发表中科院一区top期刊论文7篇）；作为Tunnelling and Underground Space Technology、Automation in Construction、Advanced Engineering Informatics、Transportation Research Part F: Traffic Psychology and Behaviour、中国公路学报等十余个国内外权威期刊审稿人。
