石鹏飞,1995年2月生,副教授,硕士生导师,博士毕业于西南交通大学,发表Carbon、Tribology International、Friction等SCI论文30余篇,曾获得中国稀土学会科技进步二等奖。
围绕原子级制造和摩擦学领域的关键科学问题,采用多尺度模拟和宏微观实验结合的方法,系统研究原子级制造中的界面改性机制、材料去除行为、表面形貌演化及亚表面损伤机制。
研究方向主要包括:
面向先进封装的原子级制造
微纳尺度摩擦化学和磨损机理
多孔微油润滑材料润滑机制和应用
碳基防护材料润滑机理
