At present,Tony is the executive deputy director of the employment and entrepreneurship guidance center for college students of Chongqing Jiaotong University and the director of the teaching and Research Office of employment guidance，responsible for the teaching of four public compulsory courses of occupation, employment and entrepreneurship and the guidance and service of entrepreneurship practice for College Students.
